Our tours are provided exclusively within Portugal, specifically in the Azores region, and are designed for international tourists. These Terms apply to all bookings, whether made directly or through third-party platforms.

By accessing and using the WildScape Azores Tours website, you agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable laws. The website is provided for the purpose of consulting information about our tours and services, and to enable you to make bookings with us. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activity that occurs under your account.

• Consulting Information: You are welcome to browse our website for general information regarding the tours we offer, including tour itineraries, pricing, and other details.
• Booking a Tour: To book a tour, you must complete the booking process on the website by selecting your desired tour, providing your personal information, and making the required payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking has been successfully completed.
• Website Availability: We strive to ensure that our website is available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. WildScape Azores Tours is not responsible for any disruptions or errors that may occur while using the website.

Bookings must be made in advance through our official channels (website, email, or authorized partners). Payments for tours are required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards, bank transfers through our website and cash (Euro).

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the start of the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund.
• 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the start of the tour will be eligible for a 50% refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours before the tour start time will not be refunded.
• Weather-related Cancellations: In case of severe weather conditions that may affect the safety or feasibility of the tour, WildScape Azores Tours reserves the right to cancel the tour. If a tour is cancelled due to weather conditions, a full refund will be issued.
• WildScape Azores Tours reserves the right for extraordinary cancelation that may result from war or imminence of war, natural disasters, pandemics, quarantines ordered by the government, acts of terrorism, strikes, governmental actions, or any other unforeseeable or unavoidable external circumstances that endanger or make carrying out the activity impossible or substantially more difficult. This is done under exclusion of any compensation for damages or other claims under what legal basis whatsoever.

• Requirements: Participants must be of appropriate health and fitness to participate in the tour. Specific tours may have additional requirements, which will be provided at the time of booking.
• Activities in private facilities: Some of our tours have activities provided in private venues with their own set of Terms and Conditions, we advise our customers to consult these to have a safe and enjoyable participation in them. Nonetheless, we’ll provide all the pertinent information before and during the tour in viable time.
• Adverse Medical Conditions: Customers with pre-existing medical conditions or mobility issues are advised to consult with their physician before booking a tour and participating in the offered optional activities (thermal baths, physical activity, swimming, among others).
• Instructions: Customers are required to follow the instructions of the tour guide/driver at all times for their own safety.
• Right to Refuse Service: WildScape Azores Tours reserves the right to refuse participation in a tour if it is determined that the participant’s health, behavior, or actions are not conducive to the safety or enjoyment of the group. Also in case of any act of discrimination and/or violence towards the tour guides, other participants and/or any other third parties; Vandalism and/or destruction of the equipment’s provided by WildScape Azores Tours, any public and/or private property and/or purposeful destruction, alteration and/or disturbance of nature elements during the programmed activities;

• WildScape Azores Tours will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or accidents that occur during the tour, unless caused by our direct negligence.
• We strongly recommend that participants obtain travel insurance before engaging in any tour.

All content on the WildScape Azores Tours website and promotional materials, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Ivo André Pacheco Soares and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese court of Ponta Delgada, São Miguel, Azores.

WildScape Azores Tours reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all bookings made after the date of such changes.
